I will show off my no name plastic disposable razor and can of Barbasol.
I suppose I should wash my face before applying the shaving cream. I use cold water and Dawn dish soap - because it's good enough for ducks.
I am incredibly annoyed by peon service workers who call me "boss". As in, "Here you go Boss." God, I hope you die of gonorrhea.
All serious man. If you want to save money and get a great shave, get the stuff I listed.

I hate the use of single letters put together to mean words, the same letters can be a disease and also a part for a car, a sex act and a music style. JUST SAY THE DARN WORDS!
It is for Double Edge razor, which is how I use mine. One side for three to four shaves, then use the other side of the blade for another three to four shaves.
I used to do that till one day I did the math. Now I use one blade for each shave and dispose it right after. The cost of these blades are in the cents; just do NOT buy them from "The Art of Shaving". They are a RO. See what I did there?I am also into Dog Eating with a safety razor. drool

Srsly, I probably will at some point. It would be a good Christmas gift. I have never had a good shave, and used to use a Mach 3.
I did do the math and that is why I do use both sides more than once. it stays sharp enough.
I am cheap, and using one blade a week at 8 cents a blade is 8 cents a week vs seven blades a week at 8 cents a blade is 56 cents a week. 8 cents a week is cheaper.
I am 32 cents a month, you are $2.24 a month.
Really, you are going to bark about $2.24 a month? Do you have: Netflix; Amazon Prime; Cable TV; Internet; Cell Phone; go out to dinner; do you smoke; how many bass's do you own;....?

Talk about cheap. You probably can save more if you are not already using Derby's. I personally use Feathers.
P.S. I have about ever 3 to 5 days because of how I shave it lasts longer.

The small amount that usually is discounted as "only" is why I can have nice things like my Bass and rig because I do not waste it on small stuff.

$2.24 a month is $26.88 a year.
$38.40 in ten years vs $268.80 in ten years.
Now add in the other times you said that it is only --- and the numbers get huge fast.
My t.v. is still a tube with rabbit ears.
Are we talking about RO? Absolutely. If I ever get around to shaving, I intend to use Roy Orbison's signature double edge razor blades.
