Was it a hardware store? I've found that hardware and craft stores start very early; I've seen Christmas stuff there in late August before.

By saying something is "The Cat's Pyjamas", are you saying it's good, or that it's unnecessary and implementing it would result in horrible lacerations?
Yeah....I expected flightless birds to be mentioned.....Emu's and Ostriches too among others but....

I don't know about that. Penguins enjoy surfing, and some of those waves get big.
I don't know anyone named Thurston. If I did, I wouldn't call him Thurston. I'd probably call him Thirsty.
I've had two fairly close friends and band mates, and a colleague at work named Ralph.

I'm posting this here as I don't want the broken hearted among you to be sending out search parties to look for me after I've disappeared for about 6 weeks.....I know.....How will you be able to bear it?.....

I've got a partially torn rotator cuff and a detached bicep in my right arm/shoulder.....
They operate next Friday.....
Typing has become almost impossible due to the pain and after the op, they say that I will be in a sling for about 5 weeks....
So.....until then.......Have some wonderful random thoughts

Here's hoping you have a speedy recovery. Have you ever thought about learning to type with your nose?

Do not try to lick it so they do not make you wear a satellite dish.
