I need someone to build me a bass:
8 strings, standard tuning, but alternating flat wound and round wound stings.

Or maybe a two sided bass, that is fretted on on side, and fretless on the other.

I spent the last week running the numbers, and I can do it for $2048. The prices increases to $8192 if you want it to play and sound good and to $16384 if you want it to look good, which is subjective to my opinion. I require full payment up front.
