The Random Thought Megathread

I have a few new ones in the past few minutes:
1. Why is it a purchase via credit card can take about 24hrs to process yet a refund can take 3 to 5 days?
2. After browsing yahoo.com just because I am bored, the crap they call "news" is absolutely ridiculous. From an actress taking over the loudspeaker in a plane to cheer on the Eagles to why a certain person won't take off her coat in public. Oh and then there is the whole thing about Trump's wife swatting away his hand like this is life threatening.
But that is just my random thoughts at this moment.
