Does anyone have experience using a Rumblefish with EA/Bergie?

I've upgraded all my bass gear within the past month or so.


From GK 400RB -> EA Iamp 500
Avatar B210 -> Bergie HT112
Lakland 55-01 -> Reverend Rumblefish 5L.

I'm really looking forward to hookin' her up to this new rig of mine (The Iamp isn't even here yet!)

Anyone know the best way to record a fish?

Hmm, interesting way to upgrade!

I haven't played the EA, but I love the GK's! My 1001RB will never leave.

I love my 'fish, and I definitely prefer it to the 55-01's.

the GK was a 80's model.
I didn't get the sound I want out of it(the mids were really scooped), and I got an amazing deal on the EA, so I switched.

has anybody converted a JJ to a P/j? is it simple or involved? I bought some p-pickups (and a j set) when they closed them out. anyone own both jj and p/j? is there a big difference in the tone?
