5L alert!!

After a cortisone shot in each wrist yesterday, I might be selling my 5L "Ugly Fish" at some point. For some reason, that extra neck width and string just does a number on me. I never feel it while I'm playing but a few hours laterGetting old SUCKS
I need to preserve my wrists or I'll be out of business
I feel your pain, literally. I bought one of the BH necks Reverend was selling and had it slimmed down to the measurements of my old Ibanez 5er and put that on. Still have been having trouble, but trips to the chiropracter seem to be helping. Can't bear to let go of the Lava Swirl! Maybe if one came along in a 4 string I might let it go.
As soon as I get back from the Blade Magazine Show in Atlanta next weekend, I'll be on the hunt for a 4 string Fish

+1. I was really thinking of moving on that one, to the point where I was considering selling my '81 Ric (my first bass) to fund it. :scowl:
OTOH, someone else having bought it has preempted any conflict I might have had with my wife over buying yet another bass.
