After 10 years of RickGAS finally ready to join the club...

Just got my May '08 MG from a UK dealer who actually had one in stock for what is a somewhat reasonable price here on the old continent.

Could be more interesting in woodgrain texture but I guess I'll live. Haven't plugged it in my main rig yet, sounds amazing unplugged.

Oh yeah. Wouldn't have had it any other way really - if I was finally gonna take the leap for a Rick might as well get a new one with all the goodies. Inlays, slim neck, walnut wings, adjustable pole pieces, vintage cap switch, yum. It was going to cost more than I could afford anyway.

Now if it only had a skunk stripe and maybe some checkered binding or full black trim... Will have to trust RIC won't be reintroducing those anytime soon

Yes, the body has black binding.
