Schecter Stilleto 5.

Really badly want the Schecter Stilleto Studio 6 fretless. But for some reason they don't sell that one in the awesome black finish of its counterparts, and I don't want lined frets.

*sigh* desiring a bass that is not even made.

Sweet looking bass, Thornton!

OP, where's your pic? I see you're new here. So first, welcome. :) Secondly, there's an informal "rule" around here that goes "no pics, no bass". Which means that you need to post a pic my friend! We all want to see your bass. :)

I think the Schecters are fantastic instruments for the money, and they have very good aesthetic values too.

To be honest, they weren't even on my radar until I found myself GAS-ing for an 8-string. I couldn't find any in my (numerous) local stores at the time, so I ended up having to buy over the internet, making my decision based on reviews, features, and yes, looks. I ended up getting this beauty. I call her Jezebel.

A successful, accomplished bassist in my area (played with acts whose albums are in your collection, toured the world, etc.).....he showed me his favorite bass. It is a Schecter.

On the other hand, Schecters nowhere near as good as Fenders. :ninja:
