i would go with the spector. I dont like b strings on 34" scale. also those pickups are awesome! in case you guys arent aware, those pickups contain 3 coils in them which can be switched from a humbucker to a single coil. make sure, if you get the spector, to let them know to include all three tone knobs on the aguilar and to include controls for the pickups.
I bought a $$ right of the rack and its my favorite bass hands down. No matter where I may roam I always end up back with my $$. I should also add that a Warwick Corvette let alone a $$ was the bass I said I'd never buy because I was not real crazy about the body. Again its my "main bass" as my 5 year old daughter has told me on numerous occasions.
I would go with the Spector. They just sound great in a band context. I like the body shape and neck feel much better than the Warwick as well.
Warwick changed the neck profile to a slimmer C neck instead of the old fat flat U.
Oh and the B string on a warwick is the best B string I've ever played.

You'd never think she might prefer Spectors neck profile to Warwicks "new" one then, no? That not possible?
And yeah, that was just plain rude, man.
Just because it's slimmer doesn't mean it's something "I" like. Slim for a Warwick is still fat and uncomfortable to me.
I voted Warwick, but I have to say, if he said maple body, I'd have gone Spector, they do sit in a mix beautifully.
There's now 3 neck profiles to chose from Warwick.
U shape- thick or baseball bat.
C shape-slim.
C shape ultra slim.
If you find the slim profile too fat,maybe its just a case of your pre-concieved beliefe that's you're not going to like it,coz it's a Warwick.If you look at actual measurements,you'll find all 3 profiles not unlike those offered from other manufacturers.
I say this with the utmost respect & not at all trying to sound rude.

I have this pre-concieved thing myself towards most Ibanez basses that are about 10 years old & under.Dont get me wrong,I love a thin neck,but there's something about theirs that just doesnt feel right to me.Yet I like the feel of a thin neck of similar dimensions from other brands.
It's like anything in life I spose.If it doesnt feel right,it's not for you.The first thing we experience,after looks,is feel.
I'm just glad there's a big choice for us.

That does sounds sweet, when i was at Long&mc the other day I think I tried a corvette with the C neck as it didn't felt baseball bat like but was still kinda big But if they go smaller then the one I tried, it would definitely be sweet.
I did not vote ONLY because I've never tried a Spector that comes close to that design. I own a Warwick Corvette $$ and like the MEC preamp. The bass has its own deep vibe, my bass has the Ovangkol neck, and either way it will sound different from your other basses if you like having more than one. Mine is a keeper.
