Definitely. I think it's just Talkbass in general favoring old skool oriented gear. Look at the amount of P bass threads, you'd think everything that could be said about it has been said by now.
If only I could fit it on my nano board with my Stomp and Cali.
I am more and more impressed with my Venus Z the more that I play around with it. Love the EQ section on it. Hope that more people give it a try.
Just curious, but have a question about the passive DI that I didn't see answered in the video or description - does the pedal need to be powered for the passive DI to function?...

Nope, Venus Z can act as a passive DI even with power removed.
Yes, I will resume building those at the same time I resume building everything else. Probably late July/early August
Gotta say, having Sushi Box Prime for the next day delivery is pretty great!

I’m with ya. I went to pick it up from Nathan today and checked it out for the last two hours.
It is replacing my finally. I wanted something to be able to adjust eq at the very end of my chain, instead of mild OD, that’s what the UA is for. I have a bunch of fest gigs in the next two months, so this will be getting put through its paces. Thanks again Nathan!

There's certainly a chance soon, but soon is relative since all my music gear is currently packed away. The missus is out of town, so it seemed like the excuse I needed to finally paint my music room. The previous owner, an elderly lady, used that room as her "crafting room" so the walls are a pale lavender color, which clashes with the colors of my instruments.
As soon as painting is done I'll be adding in some long overdue acoustic treatment to walls and ceiling which will make the room more suitable for recording.
