I think they really are sold as pink LED's but someone is trying to pretend that they are purple to sound a bit more manly, it can get lonely being a man in a house full of girls. ( I might be talking from experience there.) 
OK, I am on the PMLE list. I have been playing with my Neptunium by itself, powered by a Sushi wall wort. I would like to put a small board together with the PMLE.
I have been using a VooDoo Lab X4 for another small board (without a tube high draw pedal). The specs say 1000mA total, 500mA single draw. I assume that will be OK for the PMLE plus 2 or 3 low draw pedals (Peterson tuner - 80mA, Xotic SP compressor - 5mA, and maybe HoF Mini Reverb - 100mA). It does not appear to be to be an issue using the VooDoo to power this set up. Am I wrong? I appreciate keeping me straight (and not damaging my new gear).

On a tangent have you seen Mel Brooks has announced a new Spaceballs film?!?!? Omg amazing news!! Getting one of the last ever PMLE and Mel Brooks announcement has truly made this week an absolute belter!
I thought about buying all ten (10)/whatever is left "in stock" of this batch of PMLEs to "corner the market", but didn't even buy a second (and I'm a "2 is one and 1 is none" kinda guy)?...

I resisted getting the Per My Last Email during the first run. It was down to the last unit. I told myself if it was still there in the morning, I'd swoop. It was not. A little bummed, a little relieved. Randomly looked at the Sushi site the other day, saw the PMLE. Felt kinda like this.
Scrambled back over here, caught up on the thread. Which I keep in it's own tab in my phone like some kinda madman that's read every damn page and can't stop. Told myself the same crap I did last time. Even procrastinated on it most of today after that. But, no, you got me this time. It was still there. Now I'm all hyped for sushi but not hyped about this lack of pedalboard space. But I'm probably gonna love it. You bastards.
Anybody using the PMLE or Venus with a two channel Sushi pedal? Do you just go clean, dirty, and dirtier? Dirty Magic Dream Catcher over here giving me dirty looks after I ordered the PMLE.

Congratulations to you all who won the lottery and got the additional PMLEs, mine is absolutely my favorite pedal of any brand. Mine is paired with a UA.

Seriously, if anyone wants to tell me how much they enjoy their pedals, I'm always happy to read it. I really like the things I make, and honestly if I didn't think they were the best stuff out there then I wouldn't bother making them. So when I get to hear that other people agree with my opinions about the things I make, it makes me happy.
Sunnday drive was how I found out about sushi. I just wanted a beta bass preamp. Search on reverb...ooh what's this? Since then I got UA, GB, DrW HW, Fv2, and More. I've used all of them except the Sunnday for bands or recordings. But I never even thought of selling it. Now my band from 10 years ago, Sticky Valentines, is playing a reunion show and the Sunnday is the perfect choice for that band. I'm so excited so use it it live. It's perfect. Everything is good.
So what were the first pieces of Sushi? I discovered Sushi when the Two Notes Revolt was about to drop and I decided to look up what my multi channel tube pedal options were. Came across some thread that mentioned Sushi and thought "oh hell yeah this freaking lunatic is shoving tubes in every damn pedal! Tube Oprah. You get a tube! You get a tube! Everybody gets a tube!" Hooked ever since.
The very first ever piece of Sushi was Particle Accelerator. It was the only piece of Sushi available for a while, before it was joined by Slampegg Bee Pre, Dr. Wattson, and Sunnday Drive. This was of course back in the day when I exclusively used the miniature 6N21B tubes, it took a while to completely switch over to to the 12A*7 family tubes that we have today.
So I now have : a More, a Finally v2, a Nobelium (one of the few Sushi Box version, the #6) and a Grand Slampegg.
I love them all, they’re all great in their own category. But I must admit that my favourite one is the GS. That thing is by itself all I want from a bass preamp. My bass, the GS, an amp, that’s all I need… Thanks Nathan !

My first Sushi Box was a Candy Apple Red Particle Accelerator with the miniature 6N21B tubes. I later added a Slampegg Bee in matte black with miniature 6N21B tubes. I got first drops on Underground Accelerator, Finally v1 with Jensen transformer and Smoke Signal & MORE . I have the one and only Bass Dude prototype. Also on the Sushi platter JC Emerald, Echosaurus in Candy Blue laser etched, HW Underground Accelerator v2 and a second Echosaurus from the last run. PA, SB and Fv1 are permanently attached to my recording board. The first UA has a JJ 12ax7MG tube for more mids used for fretless, guitar and steel. Smoke Signal is the only one that I have ever sold.
