Right, forgot about that. I mostly did that to put the Level control immediately below the 1/4" source switch to make it clear that the Level control was only for the 1/4" output.

My Venus Z arrived today a day earlier than the USPS tracking predicted.
I just spent an hour dialing in my EQ, compressor, distortions and octaves. I think I have great and even sounds that should translate to stage on Sunday.
I'm happy with my 1st Sushi Box pedal. I'm gonna roll with this in the near future and reconsider whether I need a Finally v3 which is what I initially wanted(still do!).

Anyone using one of these-Gator GTR-PWR-1 Pedalboard Power Supply, Wall-Wart 1700Ma- to power their pedal?

I am not using that one but I agree that it should work. 9V, center negative, more than 1A current seems to check all the boxes.

I'm hoping it isn't noisy. That's my main concern. We'll see in a few days. I've signed up for monthly calls for next year, lol!(ordered it from Sweetwater)
My small pedalboard has two Sushi's and I use the 1 Spot wall wart you can buy at any GC.
I was using the 2000mA Acoustic wall wart, but the power cable is so thin it broke easily on both mine and my sons' wall warts. So once I saw the 1 Spot cable is substantially thicker, went with that.
Is there an input pad for the Venus Z? Im gonna check when I get home. I just want to, while I'm thinking about it, find out if there is.

Quick question for you guys - working on my board, and trying to decide where the More might be more effective, before or after low-gain dirt. Interested to hear what order others have chosen in this situation…
When I had one I preferred it after everything just before the DI or amp
It also works real good after modulation before filters...etcIt depends.
I move it around until the chain sounds good (IMHO).
Well after owning my "More" for a year and half, it crapped out 
It was such a great pedal too, one of the best and definitely my fav of all time.
The worst part about it, I bought a Cioks DC7 and Crux to power my board with so I could get the "More" off of a One Spot. Put my board together with Cioks stuff, played for about an hour with no problems. Packed up and headed out for a gig. 2 hours into the gig and all of a sudden a couple of popping noises and I lost a good bit of my signal as well. I cut the "More" off and the signal was fine after that I kept on trucking for about another hour of playing.
It had been acting up for a month or two. I would start getting random popping noises after about an hour of playing, cut the "More" off and everything would go back to normal. I was hoping it was the One Spot causing the issue. And when I swapped over to the Cioks power supply and Crux converter and played for a couple of hours with no problems I thought I was good to go and then "poof", it was all over but the crying, cut the "More" off and kept on playing with no "More" problems. Have played about another 4 hours since last Friday without the "More" and no signal issues or popping noises at all. Matter of fact I got another hour in today with a new Boss GE-7 EQ pedal that I put on the board today, everything else working as it should be. Matter of fact, the board over all is working really, really well since I yanked the "More" out of the equation.
The Boss GE-7 is now where the "More" was in this pic at the end of FX Loop 1

I was using my "More' as the last pedal of my FX 1 Loop or after all compression, overdrive, gain, fuzz, distortion, etc... All of my modulation stuff is on a seperate FX Loop or FX2 that runs in series with FX1 in my Earthquaker Devices Swiss Things Pedal Board Reconciler as they call it. It also allows me to send my signal to two different amps with one on and one off or both at the same time.

Sounds like a killer setup! My application is much simpler. Thanks for the opinions, guys - I think I’m going with this for now, before dirt, right after comp.
It's really simple too, just takes up real estate and juice to power it all. It's more of a do you want a compact setup or not issue than anything else.
