Hello Sushians!
As I tend to do every couple years or so I switch out the preamp which drives my IEM setup. There is always something new or interesting coming to market and it's fun to see if I end up kicking off what I'm currently using. Right now it's the Genzler Magellan Pre, which by all means is no slouch and absolutely does the job. It's a great design that offers a lot of flexibility and I'd recommend it to anyone. However, seeing that Sushi came out with the SBVT II it has had me intrigued to see if it can deliver a nice SVT tone into my ears and FOH. I should have it in a few days and I'll report back after some time behind its knobs to see how it does.
