They are indeed user friendly, they control bias for each of the 4 gainstages. I have recorded the "stock" voltages that I set then at when I ship them, one of these days I'll write up a basic guide on how to measure and adjust them. You can adjust them by ear, and while there are settings that will choke the sound, there are no settings that will damage the pedal

Man, I think the trim pots are one of the best parts of Fluffy. I am really digging changing them and all of the different tones that this thing is capable of. Even when it gets close to choking there are some creative sounds coming out of this. In all seriousness, have you thought about some sort of controls like that on the outside? Maybe a Fluffy v2, I think it adds a great aspect to the pedal, to the point where I'm going to try to somehow attach the back without screws so I have easy access to the trim pots. Maybe magnets?

What about just drilling 4 holes in the back plate directly over the trim pots, so you could just adjust them through the holes?

I could do a "Ridiculously Fluffy Kitten" and put all 4 bias adjustments on the outside. I'll give it some thought. I'm a pretty boring player so I mostly think of the bias controls as set-and-forget but it sounds like at least a couple people have enjoyed playing with the bias.

A simple hi/lo gain switch would be a nice feature.

At the very least it would be a differentiator between Fluffy and the other fuzz pedals. The smallsound/bigsound mini OD has a single bias knob, and it's very cool. Fluffy's trim pots are like that on steroids. The Fairfield Barbershop has that sag control as well.

Yeah, so far I've put mine into a blender to get low end, nothing doing unless gain maxed/bass maxed, I'm trying to hear the presence myself, is this a pedal more suited for geetar?

Is this eq cut/boost or passive? Running johnk's au drive post gives it some mucho cojones though

Nope, I was just removing all the November store data, you can't actually buy anything as no months are actually available for preorder. You may have seen an available November dropdown, but the store checkout itself was disabled By now all the cache should be refreshed and everything will say nothing open for ordering.

We're working to setup an In-Stock part of the store, so you'll see some changes over the next week (at least store-wise, Sushi will still have to setup what he actually has to sell)

It'll be a while I'm heading out of town for week tomorrow. The pre in the super 5 is really freaking powerful. I got it specifically for the deep tones. I played with it using the fluffy and both SS channels through my 30watt tube amp and it's a beast. It has it's own unique flavor unlike any bass I've played before.

Thanks! I plan on getting a Finally and was thinking this might be my chance.

But, honestly, I'm kind of relieved. I've had some gigs cancelled lately and just don't have the extra scratch for one. I was debating myself whether I should break my self imposed rules on buying new gear when the ol' gig savings account isn't where I'd like it to be. If you catch my drift.
