i’ve been using a raytheon ca6072a in my hw slampegg and it really sounds good.

MORE just received. imho it adds a clarity and thickness/richness. It will always be on. I will then only have the Slampegg on or the UA on, depending on which bass and if Im playing fingers or pick. The board sits on my amp (Forte HP) so Im not changing settings much, unless Im going between pick and fingers in a set then Ill flip from the UA(pick) to the Slampegg(fingers). EQ2 (hpf, lpf, tuner, notch filtering the room, unlikely mid boost if needed, and separate output to eq iem ). Yes, the MORE does add something to the other 2 pedals for sure.....imho... UA 5751, Slampegg 12AY7

I haven't tried it out yet, but it's called "Dirty Magic".

Also I may have to cancel fractured cherry as it's messier than I remember. Even after the powder has been cured, anything that goes into the oven afterward comes out with a distinct pink tint, and occasional red spots.

I just bought a more on reverb and I'm just curious if there is anyway to tell if it's v1 or v2? Anyone have any insight?

It should be printed on the circuit board. If it doesn't have a version number with a month/year, it's a v1. If it looks like this, it's a v2.

I’d just like to share something for those of you that don’t already do it.
When using iem’s, I notice super high freq’s from tubes. I decided to move the RFE at the end of the chain and boom, problem solved. I’d prefer the MORE to be last but this just completely extinguishes ALL of the upper harmonic craziness with my LPF set at 2.5k which is where I normally cut. FWIW…

What is the difference between More v1 and v2?

v2 is newer

1. v1 needs the polarity fix, v2 has it built in
2. v1 is a 2-layer (top/bottom) circuit board, v2 is a 4-layer (top/internal planes/bottom) circuit board. I've started moving all of my designs over to 4-layer as I consider it best practice from an engineering standpoint for noise and stability performance, but if you're not having any issues with v1, you won't hear a difference with v2.

Other than the polarity protection it's the exact same circuit, no component changes at all.

Nice, I am surprised you can use those sushi pedals together, mine are incompatible with each other.

i've found that when using some sushi pedals together, you need to use separate power supplies (or one with isolated outputs) to remove the power supply high freq whining.

That applies to nearly all pedals regardless of type or brand.

Ah, I've only used a one spot multi power single strand. So, use a Cioks or something?
