Odd that the local TX Chuys don't have Flan on their menu like the ones in NC do, it was one of the better chain restaurant versions of Flan.

Never been a custard fan. I'd much rather have apple pie made with a lard crust (nice and flaky). There are some Amish markets near me, and they really do it right.

I plugged into the House PA through my lovely Finally DI as usual and when they turned my channel on... BUZZZ.
Mute with the tuner, still buzz. Cables all seated well in the proper holes.
Ah... Darn ground switch lifted.
Flip it back down to ground and all is back to no noise but clear bass bliss.
