Are those even made of $47 of parts?Hang on, I just realized I saw an extra decimal the first time I looked at that. I read it as $470, not $47. At $47 of course I'm getting one.

Buying in bulk, especially from China, you can get parts really cheap. Plus design and fabrication labor is cheap. A tube, a PCB, and a handful of parts in an aluminum box? Maybe $20-30 in parts depending on their bulk discounts. Then free shipping to the US, plus they have to pay eBay and PayPal fees. They might profit $5-10 per pedal. Are those even made of $47 of parts?
Well I just made a big step I wasn't sure I would ever make: I filed for an LLC. I've sold more pedals in the last couple months than the rest of my pedal-building years combined, so I figured it was time to go legit and give the tax man his due. Also now I can write off the CNC, the UV printer, and all my parts orders as business expenses. Oh, maybe I can write off the Noble and the LA-1A too![]()
@Sushi Box FX Heres some inspiration for a new pedal. If you could go ahead and make this lighter/cheaper/smaller with free custom coloring thatd be great

Right? Like, $48, they're selling for more used at GCI feel oddly tempted to buy this.
I'm thinking after adding more toobz, $15 shipped to our door with only a week wait time is a reasonable expectation. How much cheaper do you want him to make it?

Should be doable for sure, I'll shoot for $12 and 5 days.I'm thinking after adding more toobz, $15 shipped to our door with only a week wait time is a reasonable expectation.

It will be tube warmth with volume/gain, probably with a light first stage and heavy second stage so you can get plenty of clean and some break up if you want it.
I just got a PA for April, but I would also buy a tube warmth giver in a heartbeat. I love my Edison running last in chain

For $47, I was having exactly the same thought. Ugh... this thread is not what I should be following right now? lol

Yup thats it! The fractured cherry actually had a feelable texture to it, its awesome. I can't wait to see how it'll look with the UV printed enclosuresThat Wattson is pretty... Fractured cherry with gold knobs, correct? That's what I've got for my placeholder PA March build.
5sg.
Is it a starved plate design
FYI, I got roped in by my own doing...![]()
What's the little round hole for? LED? Does this have a valve? Pretty coolSo I've been practicing with the UV printer, mostly how to consistently get things lined up. I think this one turned out pretty well, it's my SansAmp GT2 clone, finished in Fractured Cherry.

Little round hole is for LED. No tubes in this one, it's a direct GT2 clone, just smaller. What's the little round hole for? LED? Does this have a valve? Pretty cool
