it looks fantastic with the clear pickguard. I'd keep the tort one just in case you want to vary things up every now and then. The pickguards really change the look of that bass.

#25 has arrived here safe and sound....neck is a bit chunky for sure but manageble.....gonna hopefully give it a workout tomorrow...may need to adjust the neck some...

I've got more basses than I need right now, and I rarely come across active basses I like. But I played #70 at the International GTG last August and was so impressed, I still think about it. I see it's still in the in-stock section--someone ought to snatch that up.

I just pulled out my original order form for that bass and it indeed does have Fat Stacks with 2 push/pull to switch to single coil operation.

Hmm im trying to sort the controls some...
So it seems like..
Vol
pick up blend (reversed)
TRE with pull up passive
mid with pull up single coil front
bass with pull up single coil back

I only messed with it a few minutes...so I might be confused.

I've really missed seeing Valenti basses with blocks. They looked great on your basses when you offered them a while back. The "Geddy V" comes to mind as an early favorite.
