Well, #067 isnt as prominent as I had hoped.
And guys, I know the bass player is fugly, and no I NEVER wear a sport coat while playing.( you can see it bunching up bad, had to sling the bass lower for subsequent takes) Still going to ask Ralph Taverna whether he had some bass clips specifically for Nino. Those Brooklyn boys stick together you know.

Played #26 for the first time tonight...sounded HUGE. This may be the only bass i've ever liked enough in passive mode to actually use it 
The P-pup seems hotter than the J, but I think that's fairly normal. I also didn't realize the blend was wired like a sadowsky (all the way rotated toward the bridge pup turns the bridge pup all the way off, and vice versa). Overall it sounds great...definitely different tonally than my maple boarded LEJ, which was exactly what I was looking for. Just have to get used to playing with the exposed pole pieces...I keep hitting the bridge ones!

If having the P pup louder bothers you, you can lower it til you get a volume balance you like better...
yeah, I was just messing with that. I think I have it balanced a bit more to my liking now.

I took #46 to the St Louis TB GTG last weekend.
It impressed the heck outta everyone there
alder body, maple neck, pau ferro board
sadowsky single coils, and sadowsky preamp.

Chef, thats a purdy bass! Looks like 008, which was in my hands for a spell. Gee, you guys are making me think about getting a reverse P pup for 067.
BTW, I wouldn't have dared to tighten 67's truss down so far, but the local Master Luthier did. WOW! IT got real fast! I took a bit out of it, as I know that when I gig, I can easily overpower a "c-hair" or, excuse me, Marcus Miller style setup. Best keep it fam friendly. And give Marcus props.

I've had #55 at my house for a few days now.
I'm thoroughly impressed by the build quality. It sounds terrific too; it has a "sweeter" tone than I'd expect from ash/maple. It's a fantastic instrument that I wish were a five string.
Whatever comes of it, I'm very glad I got to check one out.

This bass is beyond excellent. Definitely got the GAS a brewin'.
