BTW I noticed Eugene is back on his feet, seemingly recovered from the ass-whooping he got from Abraham.

I've thought about this. Eugene may have seen that Abe's singleminded mission to get him to DC was threatening the safety and harmony of the larger group and decided to say he was lying to get the crew reunited.

When i saw the houses on fire and the wall destroyed with large tires pattern, i though that the people living there were attacked. I assumed that "the Wolverines" were maybe a looter group that were responsible for this sack.

I actually liked the episode. It was kind of the first time that you saw how ragged they are becoming on the road. And how much they need to settle down. They are all completely falling apart - especially Darryl, Maggie and Sasha. And more people are going to die.

The dog scene was brilliant. Just great looks - the humanity just draining out of people's eyes. It was slow but man you could feel the desperation.

Yep, agreed with all points. That episode was well placed for me as I've been disengaging myself from this series slowly. The depth of that episode reminds me why I like the genre when its told well.

I'm just bored with all the "this is how it is now" conversations. They've been having them all season long. Beth and the woman cop, Daryl and Carol, Tyrese and everybody, Carl and Gabriel, Carl and Rick... Rick's lecture last week didn't add anything new. But what I did see last week was that the group seems to be coming apart at the seems. They're questioning Rick, each other and themselves. And that is new.

The recent Easter eggs in the show, (regarding you know who) make me wonder if it's foreshadowing or misdirection. If they go there, it's gonna be BAD. Like, "how'd they get that on TV?" bad. I hate to speculate, but I worry it may be just different enough to still be a shocker, and that only leaves a couple potential (likely male) characters.

That's what I'm saying...but they have gotten a lot of gorey scenes on TV. I'm excited to see how they'll do it (if they go there) :hyper:

Does it bother anybody else that the walls surrounding Alexandria have their support braces on the outside? Even though the outside has sheer metal sides it seems that those walls were built to keep people trapped inside the compound.

Something about Alexandria has a very creepy sense of denial and Pleasantville-ness.

Good point. If you drove a truck into them, you'd want the supports on the defensive side.
