Unfortunately I'll be out of town for business when mine shows up. Wondering what could be in a hotel room. At least Josh will get a bass for his birthday.

Very nice familiar looking bass.
Here is the 4004. don't usually dig gold hardware but it really works for this bass. Awesome bass but I found something locally I want more so off it goes!

These are all fantastic, guys! I've always wanted to see a walnut Rick with a RW fretboard though. Don't get me wrong, I dig the maple FB. I've just always thought a rosewood one would look cool too. Totally jealous of these basses, btw!

Well thanks for the #1. I just saw this thread so I had better post a pic to prove I'm in.So today we were celebrating for Twangster101 on the occasion of the arrival of his new 4003W. Seems like there are more than a couple of us walnut Rick owners, so why not start a club, right?! In honor of his NBD, I'm giving him #1, and taking #2 for myself. Doesn't have to be a new 4003 - if you've got a walnut Rick of any kind, you're cordially invited!

It was my understanding that AutumnGlo was a maple finish, and it should be pretty easy to see which wood it is by the grain. Of course, we can't tell for sure without a photo!
