gotta agree, the debate on gear determining ability or seriousness is a bunch of hogwash. i usually just chock it up to jealousy (i mean, c'mon folks...isn't that what it all boils down to? you have a more expensive bass then me, therefore you must be a sucky bassist...ah, now i feel better). seriously, you HAVE TO be kidding me. and for those who think that just lawyers and doctors spend lots of cash...you are wrong. some of us work our asses off and save our pennies to buy something that we'd really love to have...not to impress you, but because we want it. and if you have a problem with it...well, that's YOUR problem. i suppose that when you see a nice car on the road, you assume that the driver is a jacka$$ because they worked hard and saved their money to buy it instead of pissing it away on rubbish.

and without further ado, my stunning coffee table with strings (much more portable than my real coffee table). the best part is i didn't even buy it, this was my wedding present from my lovely wife (and no, she isn't a lawyer/doctor either)!!!
