One is made from an old military crate. It was a gift to my son. Then I decided that I needed at "crate bass" and made one from an old Winchester shotgun shell crate. I put in cartridge case heads from some of the firearms I own.

That is really cool. Totally unique. If I didn't have to start with a prebuilt body, I would love to make something like this!

50 years of wear n tear and still able to get the job done, the theme to this build. Naturally Keef came to mind.

I might one day do a project bass centered around the Toronto Maple Leafs...white P or J body with some kind of graphic or design reflecting my fav team...maple blocked neck for sure.

I've often thought about doing a Leafs themed design with one of my Stingrays. GO LEAFS!
