I remember bouncing tracks back and forth too. Unfortunately, the more you did it the muddier the tracks would get. Thank God for today's recording gear.I had one. I started out bouncing tracks with an Akai 2-track sound on sound deck. Went to a Teac 2340, then a Teac 3440, then an 8 track ADAT, then finally to a computer DAW.

i do remember these but well out of my price range though
Some of my gear from the mid-'80s, though most of it dated well before that. The cab was a fender "pyramid", the Univox head was a 60 water.
