That reminded me of this, even though I don't remember what the point of this was :) . I think it shot little black torpedoes from the front, while you were looking behind you, lol.

Yep. Clamped to the top bunk of my bunk bed and attached a long series of the orange components (along with the pink connectors) to it. Fun times in the late 60's early 70's. The real question is what was your favorite brightly colored metal accessory that these were made for?

Mine was the Deora with surfboards.

Mine was the one that looked like it was split in 2 with bubble tops (IIRC).

Woke up at 4AM this morning and instead of counting sheep to fall back to sleep, I started trying to remember details of some of my child hood. Came up with some interesting stuff, and that was one of them. "YOU'RE GOING TO RUIN MY DINING ROOM CHAIRS, DAMMIT" was a common scream of my mom whenever I was clamping that thing on. Bunk beds would have made those metal things move MUCH faster :) .
