You are right. It seems that The Beatles were the innovators of musician merchandise marketing and licensing.

Do they make cars/trucks with wing windows anymore? I haven't seen them in newer vehicles. I remember having to wedge a couple coins or some paper in the handle of mine so they'd seal up properly or getting upset with my buddies when they opened mine after I had it all sealed up just right.

How about this projection drums are they still making theses?

Nope, North Drums were pretty short lived. lasted from mid to late 70's. One of those things that looked good on paper, but in reality were not very good at all, horrible tone (big plastic click or thud), and if dropped could be badly damaged (they were fiberglass after all).

I remember these from my visits to my grandparents place near Pittsburgh PA, North Hills Mall.
