I see one of those every day - it's my "travel bass". Cheap to buy, plays and sounds great, and fits in an overhead compartment.

I see my Steinberger every day. It was not cheap to buy new in January 1984 ($1,435); but, it sounds great and I play it on every gig. When did you get your Hohner bass? Did you buy it new?
I bought it used sometime in the last decade, and defretted it a few years ago.
