Flame retardant - I wonder if they were made with asbestos.
Okay for you seasoned vets let's say, who had or remembers Bass Amp Headphones from the 70's I bought them they head a switch on one of the cans you could turn on the bass amp and plug it into you bass or off you could use them as regular stereo headphones, ran of a 9 volt battery in the cushioned head piece curl type amp cord 1/4 plug. I still have mine hunt it down tomorrow and hit back with a photo.
anyway I remember them sounding incredible. Some wire broke and they were unuseable after that, but I have a friend that I think can fix them?? I hope.

That headphone amp is a cool concept and device. Somehow, I do not recall ever seeing one before.

Yeah right the brand is Cortez made in Taiwan I remember it was pretty pricey we are talking 1976 or 77 I paid $80.00 for them
but they were as you can see deep cans and the bass in stereo was just amazing.

Mattel came out with the Thingmaker toy making machine in the 1960s and Creepy Crawlers and Incredible Edibles were the big hit toys. However, they had lots of other kits that used the same equipment.
