Full service gas stations. Where gas was pumped and oil was checked by an attendant, oil changes, flat tires fixed and minor and some major repairs performed.

YouTube has many, many Midnight Specials for viewing, the full shows! I've spent hours watching many of them. They are fantastic!
I noticed that the bands perform live on stage! No fake lip syncing and stuff.
Great shows! Many, many, many top notch bands and individual singers.
I'm starting to wonder when the word "service" will officially be eliminated from our vocabulary. I know that the concept of it is pretty much gone - or at least the definition has changed.Some people referred to them as 'service stations'. What a concept, huh?
