Things You Don't See Anymore Part 3

In the early to mid 60s my uncle and dad raced the wheelie drags as well as everything else having to do with drag racing and oval racing.
What they used were Renault Dauphines. They'd cut the whole front body works off, which was easy to do. Then they'd use a sheet of sheet metal rolled from the windshield to the underneath and rivet or weld it on. then put side shields of sheet metal and again rivet them on. Then remove everything from the inside and add a roll cage and racing seat. The seat was angled so that it was almost level when the front was up. Then rebuild the motors for added power. Add wheelie bars and tractor brakes to control it with the front wheels in the air. They'd be able to go the whole quarter mile with the front end in the air.
You should have seen the neighbors when they tested them on on the street in front of my grandmother's house where they built them and a lot of their other cars.
So, Dumb Donald from Fat Albert had on a lady's hat, or the lady's are wearing a Dumb hat?
I have something I would like to add if I could find it? They were giant bugs and or crabs that you pulled a string and they would run across the floor think they were from space must be rare because I haven't found any images online
I use my 1963 Gillette Slim Adjustable that I got from my Grandpa, every day. Still the best shave ever. And cheap, $1.99 for a five pack of blades, use one side of the blade for a week, then flip the blade and use the other side.
They do not make products to last like this anymore.

Maybe you can help me, I have been looking for years and can not find anything on a cartoon from about 83-86 maybe? It was very short lived about alien hotrods similar to Ratfink and they had brains in the toys that sat on the seat. I had a collection of the cars and I have been trying to remember what they are called and I got nothing.
