I was gonna say, I think that's because he got vaporized by a nuclear weapon along with all of Los Angeles in April of 1987, but maybe that was exaggerated, because apparently he was back later that year.

We have air pumps with free air at gas stations around here. The pumps don't look like these though.

I bought a cheap 3-gallon tank compressor from Harbor Freight. I fill up at home, despite free air being a requirement for gas stations here (for gas-buying customers). We have three cars in our family right now, so it sees use. With the weather changes recently I'm amazed how it can affect the pressure.True!
Costco here in Central Ohio has free air also. Some gas stations have "pay with credit card " air!!!!!! Pffff!!!!! Used to be free air at all stations!

Sheetz and Giant Eagle Get Go stations around here have free air as well as some other places. They look at it as a way to bring customers in for free air and then they buy other stuff usually.True!
