Probably doesn't have it on the Pro series either then. It would be easy to go with the no-guard look on those then. I like some of them without the guard.
My Gibson's have the route under the pickguard, but neither of my Epi's have it. The bolt-on versions have a hole drilled straight thru the neck pocket and the pickup cavities to feed the wires. You can't do that on the neck thru models. Not sure how it is on the newer neck-thru Epi's?? Those might have the same route under the pickguard.
The Gibson Nikki Sixx Blackbird does not have the route since it uses a clear pickguard, and the Studio Thunderbirds didn't have the route either.
They don't have any routing underneath the pickguard, took mine of couple of weeks ago to wrap it with flat black vinyl!
I forgot about my BlackBirdIt doesn't have the route. Makes you wonder why they can do without it on certain models but not the main one???

My Epi Classic IV Pro has it.
No rout on the Pro IV.

Sadly no, just the bridge. It creates kind of an odd combination but with the black headstock it sort of looks ok. I guess I could change out the tuners but I think I might keep it as is...I'll take some better pics tomorrow, too bad I dont have a Subaru.

Pretty cool... A little pricey, but definitely collectible.

All three are very cool! What year is the Classic White IV?
Thanks for the pics and congratulations on the sweet Non Reverse too!

Thanks for the number! The White one is an 05, it's just starting to get that yellow tint to it.
I just realised I could be a member of this illustrious T-Bird Owners club. I had four or five T-birds over the last 20 years. I lost all but two in the floods and now I cant remember what I did with one of them. The white T-bird is the one I play at every gig unless its a tribute show. Even then its my main backup bass.
