I remember the Walker Brothers but was not aware that Scott was a famous solo artist in England.

I only knew of "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore" by the Walker Brothers and back when it was new I thought it was the Righteous Brothers. I heard a eulogy on NPR when he died 3 yrs ago March 25th and dived head-first into his decades long career. He's since become my favorite musical artist.

There's a box set (5 Classic Albums) of his post WB's solo work - Scott/Scott 2/Scott 3 (my fave)/Scott 4/'Till the Band Comes In, a few mixed genre '70s recordings, and his '80-'90s-'00s avaunt guard work which is difficult but amazing material. I consider him aligned with Picasso and Miles Davis as artists who were courageous and groundbreaking.

Currently on my 3rd viewing of BCS. Finished BB for the 4th time a few weeks ago. Hope to have BCS S5 wrapped up by this weekend (currently in middle of S4, so I have some work to do) for BCS S6 premiere on Monday!

Tyson Ritter of the All American Rejects also plays a Gibson Thunderbird bass. He prefers them over Fender.

Michael Steele of the Bangles and the Runaways uses a 1964 tobacco sunburst non reverse Gibson Thunderbird bass.

Glenn Cornick of Jethro Tull also played several Gibson Thunderbird basses in both reverse and non reverse bodies, but some of them were stolen while on tour in 1970.

Ian Anderson also owned a Gibson Thunderbird bass that he used on the song Jack In The Green from Songs From The Wood, and on the Stormwatch album. I believe John Glascock owned a Gibson Thunderbird too, or maybe it was rented or borrowed.

Gata is actually doing very well, after all the meds and a change of cat food she's gained weight and her coat is much better, she even runs around like a nut at night again.

Latifa sleeps on the bed pretty much every night, snores often, sometimes like a sawmill which is quite funny considering her size. Quite often she will curl herself up near me as I sleep on my side in the fetal position, it's the sweetest thing. i got her an automatic feeder for her AM chow so she gets up when she likes now - I sleep badly enough!

Hmm, that Glascock pic looks very familiar...

Glenn Cornick actually used only a Reverse II with Tull and it was stolen. The Non-Reverses were used with Wild Turkey.
