That looks like some kind small speaker cone. Please don't say you've had so much to drink you've started drinking from electronic parts.

I expressed today to the band, via text, that my owning that rig was extravagant, excessive, and just utter foolishness. I love that Fender head of yours. I've got three 100w Ampeg heads. Need them. No. Love how they sound? Yep! Haven't played a Fender tuber in a long time.

My Ashdown 550 Spyder* comes pretty close to a tube-amp sound. It has a twin-tube pre and is very warm, "tube-ie" sounding. (what Ashdown is known for) Not the same as the Porta-flex 30 watt head, but a close 2nd and more reliable playing live. (the B15 head stays at home other than when recording)

any idea what this is? unidentified tbird shaped object that i was just outbid on. it is a medium scale, set neck. lots of the details dont match any of the known ones im familiar with.
looks like a 3 piece mohogany body. no routing around the headstock edge, different pickups, control cavity shape.
i really like medium scale basses, and it looked nice so i bid on it but was beat out at the last second.
Try this: auctionsniper.com It bids for you and you can set it to go in anywhere from 7 seconds and under, you never get in a bidding war with it so you don't raise the price. You can still be outbid with this but if your reserve is high enough you won't be. But the best part is your bid doesn't go in until the last few seconds and no one has anytime to try to beat it, you set it and forget it. I've been using it for years and almost always get the item if I want it bad enough. You were likely sniped.

is it 6550 or 6L6 based?
I don't know, but I bought it modded with KT-120s. It's got an extra transformer for handling filament duties, and doesn't overheat.
Damn thing's louder than a beer-buzzed nun at a farm league hockey game with a bullhorn...

Reminds me of my daughter’s MAAC (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) swim championships (aka the Catholic Conference). Man those nuns went for the juggler and I don’t think they were dipping into the communion wine.

Some comparisons:
Left: CTS 250k pot, 3/8" each for the threaded shaft and the splined shaft
Center: CTS 250k no-load pot, same dimensions as the "plain" 250k pot
Right: CTS 500K no-load pot, 3/8" for the threaded shaft, and 1/4" for the splined shaft
Since I previously removed some material from the mounting area for the pots, this is how the "plain" 250k fit:
