Thanks. You mean Hardwire version? I had the Bad Monkey successor CM-2 Tube Overdrive (or "Tube Distortion" as it was named in my version) and it was good. Probably gives a little bit more low end than Bad Monkey but I still think I prefer the Monkey. I sold it as I had to finance and justify (for me!) the purchase of the Suncoast HD-1. Bad Monkey's go cheaply plus it has the Mixer Output so I can use it as a spare cab emulator so the CM-2 had to go.

I have the stereo delay and stereo phaser from the same series, both excellent.
Yeah, that's the one I was talking about. Thanks!

Yeah, that's the one I was talking about. Thanks!

I also have this (another variation on a theme Tube Screamer...), works well with the bass too. Maybe a bit harsher than the Monkey so I have it on my so-called guitar board:

Thanks, to all of you :)

She wasn't sick for a long time or anything, just starting on Sat.
I guess old age & a few years outdoors after they were both abandoned, finally caught up with her :(

:)
Again, sorry for your loss. Although you can never really replace that loss, it looks like you at least have the love and comfort of additional fury family members to soften the pain. I hope they are adjusting to the loss ok. I’ve lost many cats in the past and noticed some of the remaining ones go into a bit of a funk for a while. Lots of extra love and attention helped a bit. Take care.

Cool. It's such an interesting song. I can see listening to in over and over.

The first time SRV was here and largely unknown, a friend of mine got to drive him around. Barry (who is a guitarist), worked at the big rock radio station and got the job of driving him around that afternoon and after the concert. It was short notice and afterwards Barry said he didn't think to call me to see if I wanted to ride along. That would have been so cool.
When I saw Bowie here, Charlie Sexton was a ‘guest guitarist’ - I think that’s how he was billed. Carlos Alomar was there of course. It was such a great show. Very rock.

…for the very few of you with fanned fret basses, these flats sound and feel fantastic (every bit as good as cobalts, just a tad less bright).
Fanned frets make my head hurt, now there are fanned strings? It's marketing I tell you! No way to get the strings crooked to line up with the crooked frets. :smug:
