Thunderbird Club

All this recent talk and postings of Fleetwood Mac here, and then this sad event occurs…
Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie dies aged 79
Probably was the best singer in the band IMHO.

Bummer, I had a big ole crush on her when I was a pre-teen looking at the records and listening to them all those later ‘70’s summers when I had the house to myself and my mom was working.

I wouldn't know what to do with a 1000w amp.

You've come to the right place!

1) Puree veggies.
2) Blow down houses more effectively than the Big Bad Wolf
3) Puree the Big Bad Wolf
4) Extend your property line
5) Deafen that whiny neighbor so they won't notice you playing bass through smaller amps

No shoes evident :)

Hanging out with the bass player, it's what all the cool kids want to do!

Especially those two! Yow!

Oh yeah and especially onstage, remember those marathon tuning sessions onstage?

"Hey your G string's flat" "Are you sure?" Bring it up a little bit, no not that much" "Little bit lower, Ahh, good enough, let's play!" Remember 'good enough for rock n roll'?

Ahem!

I can't even open up my MB150/112 at home!

I *can* crank my Rumble 100 (1x12) but it's a sub-optimal idea, both from a hearing integrity and longevity standpoint (unless I'm in another room) and from a vibrating things off walls and horizontal surfaces standpoint.
