I have the best cajon cookbook of all time. It has the beat red beans ive ever had and the gumbo's??? Omg! Love spending time in the kitchen but would never want to work in one. Lol

I have many fewer cookbooks than I used to have, only two shelves now.
The only ones bought in the past 4 or 5 years are Claus Meyer's 'Nordic Kitchen' and Rachel Roddy's 'Five Quarters'. She's a British food writer living in Rome and you can find lots of her recipes on the Guardian (newspaper) website if you want to check her out.
I have to say, this is the most tolerant, open-minded group I've ever encountered on the internet and my internet activity dates back to about '86! From our royal highness on down! You all are the best! Cheers! Slainte! Kippis!
