All three are working perfectly. Just required a new bridge volume pot on the VP. Brand new with stickers. I’ll take the stickers off shortly as there are some misfits around here that have an issue with those but I’m leaving the Gibson sticker on the CP tone pot just to mess with them.

Same band over some years. Raul Malo (vocals, guitar) and Paul Deakin (drummer) have been there all along. They’ve been through several bass players. Should hire a Thunderbirdist.

Paul played in the house band (there Humane Society) in Coconut Grove when I worked in the same place, as a line cook. I became friends with the bass player and would hang sometimes if I got out early enough.
Paul's kit had like a 30+" bass drum. They had a good little band.

Burgera/Behringer amps are notorious for their outrageous wattage claims. They are stated at something like 4x the actual RMS watts. That might be an 800 watt amp.

I'm just bumbling around, really.
Well today I basically spent the entire day working on my 12 string.

* I made a brass tailpiece from scratch
* Bevelled the body
* Dyed the body black before sanding it flush again.

With THIS as the result.

Call me crazy, but I really like the way this looks, the pictures don't do it justice.

I might spray the headstock face black since it doesn't suit the rest of the look of the guitar here. Maybe with some white lettering on there.
