But who intonated properly back in the day? I didn’t really know how to do it until I got a Mustang when I was a Junior in high school.You mean, technical nightmare.
Well, good question when you look at what was on the market back then.
I can't say they were all bad at intonating.
Some were worse than others.

OT: for those monitoring the economy, one of our corporate metrics is payment days from our clients. When times are good, we see net 30. When times start to get tough, it goes to net 60. Today, Seagate jumped from net 30 to writing to us that they weren’t going to pay, period. That’s a sign that tech is much worse than the talking heads are saying.

If it's in good shape, I would buy one for that price. The crazy thing is that I traded my 320/408 stack for some kind of special color Ric 4003 a number of years ago. The amp had a foot switch and covers, which makes it worth more, but I was surprised at the offer I got. As I recall, I sold the Ric for something like $1600. So that gives you an idea of what the full stack in good shape is worth to somebody a little crazy. If I remember right, I sold the 370 head for $350 in the early teens, and I don't like those near as much as a 320. That one didn't have a cover or a foot switch.

So.......this just happened 
There was just too many wires disconnected and/or missing, not to mention it was all a tangled up mess, to figure out what needs to happen to make it work again (If it can be made to work again.....), while still being crammed in that little hole
So it all came out!
Now maybe I can see what I'm doing.......
