If it's in good shape, I would buy one for that price. The crazy thing is that I traded my 320/408 stack for some kind of special color Ric 4003 a number of years ago. The amp had a foot switch and covers, which makes it worth more, but I was surprised at the offer I got. As I recall, I sold the Ric for something like $1600. So that gives you an idea of what the full stack in good shape is worth to somebody a little crazy. If I remember right, I sold the 370 head for $350 in the early teens, and I don't like those near as much as a 320. That one didn't have a cover or a foot switch.
Thanks!

There was an Acoustic head at a local Music-Go-Round (used music store), a 2+ years ago. Seemed reasonable, but I didn't know a thing about them. I did rent a combo early on while looking for a good amp.

My son busted me on the BaCH. Right now it’s upstairs at the house in the burbs where I’ve set up a work station (my company supplied an IKEA like desk and a nice chair; it was actually good of them to do that) because my wife commandeered the home office. He saw it was a different bass. I’m impressed that he noticed.

My wife can’t tell the difference. She’s good about it though and knows my bass money is there for me to be ready to pounce when good things are presented.

I did not realize Graph Tech was a Canadian company. The nut I ordered the other day for the BaCH shipped via Canadian Post. We’ll see if it takes as long to get to Cali from Canada it as it took for the first Genzler pedal Donnie ordered to get to him.

In the meantime, the Slinky 55-110 suspension bridge cables will do. I’ve always liked how Slinkies play, the tone (they’re what Nikki uses) and the fairly smooth feel of them. And now I remember they stretch a lot. And I did my stretch routine when I put them on. I need to tweak the TR a bit again.

OT: for those monitoring the economy, one of our corporate metrics is payment days from our clients. When times are good, we see net 30. When times start to get tough, it goes to net 60. Today, Seagate jumped from net 30 to writing to us that they weren’t going to pay, period. That’s a sign that tech is much worse than the talking heads are saying.
I didn’t realize Seagate was still around.

Ah man. I’d be all over that one. But the bass funds are low. I think you really need that one Dave. Or Chucky. Or Geo. Or @Ringhammer. Or @Pontiac Thrasher or…somebody just buy it please!
It would be sacrilegious for a hack like me to own that. Hoping one of our pros picks it up. It belongs in the family.

It would be this technical masterpiece. I haven’t messed with it in some time. And yes, it is not properly intonated on the treble side.
As long as the screw tops are intact, and you can turn them, it will probably work. It will intonate close enough for Rock & Roll.

I had one on a my parts bass with the checked finish. I might have parts if you need them.

This was my solution for a MIJ bass with a really narrow (crappy) bridge.

Thanks Irv. The intonation screw top for the treble side is toast. What bridge is that?
