Thunderbird Club

Is that a 70's B-15 bottom you're using?

Good eye Mr B - '76 to be exact.

That looks like a nice one, I bought a new one in 1980 the last year they made them, I liked it and stupidly sold it, I have a 1977 B-15S now. I like the 70's B-15n's though with the ultra lo and ultra hi's.

I was very lucky. I bought it in 2010 from a guy on the east coast for a very fair price. The RI was then featured on the cover of Bassplayer mag and the used prices shot up.

Also, many do not take meds because they do not like how the meds make them feel. Unfortunately, there is not a lot profit in making new psychiatry drugs because the clinical trials are extraordinarily difficult. As well, the metrics of "adequate dose" tend toward objective measures and ignore how the patient feels; there can be a balance between controlling the crazy and feeling OK, but that is not usually how things are done. As well, courts have (rightly) found that involuntary commitment is contrary to personal freedoms. Because of the nature of the institutions, few will voluntarily commit themselves.
I used to take meds because I liked how they made me feel.

Oh, you were talking about something different. Never mind.
