My OCD has been put to rest. :thumbsup:
Used Frog tape to mark the cut line then put a drop of thin CA glue. The Frog tape seems to have worked to keep the CA from wicking down the silk but removing it when done took patience. To remove the excess silk I carefully cut the silk with an exacto knife and unraveled it with fine tip tweezers. The last step was repeated numerous times. Patience is the key.
