Thunderbird Club

Yes it is. It's strange alright. I'm not sure why others use it but it keeps humans away for a couple of days. Do not get it on you. Wear gloves and store it at someone else's house! Normally it's mixed, but you can just empty the bottle of atomic funk and be done with it. Breath too much and you will likely puke. Maybe soil yourself!

I looked for it when I had some homeless people decide to set up a camp. Our geniuses in city gov (none of which I supported), made it far more difficult to remove them and it's very time consuming to the point you end up with all the junk they collect and then you have to get rid of it or the city complains. Next time it happens I'm going to take the person's stuff and them in the back of the truck to a Catholic HS school where the president of it is on the city council and voted for hand cuffing property owners. I'm thinking that process will go right out the window when council people have to live by their own rules. Which I will alert them to when/if I do it. Almost happened the other day, but the guy moved on.

Because it's a goofy process, I decided to make the area so unpleasant they would not want to stay. (This after many conversations with them. I have compassion and have taken and offered to take people to shelters, which none want to go to, but staying there was not an option.) I just wait till they are gone collecting more junk and spray the area--not their stuff. As soon as they came back they were high tailing it out. Came back after a few days and the second spray convinced them this was a bad idea.

Life in the city. Yah, now I see how it could be used. Thanks for the explanation.

Or you could turn nature loose to do its thing. Just throw a few handfuls of sugar cubes in the the area you want to keep un inhabited along with bacon grease or any other grease and meat trimmings you might have left over after cooking, when you mow the grass around that wooded area leave the last couple of feet circling the woods about a foot deep.

What you’ll end up with is every ant in the county congregating in those woods to get the sugar by day, every opossum and raccoon (and maybe even bear if you have them) in the county congregating in those woods to get the grease by night, and during the summer months anyone who wades through the deep grass will pick up dozens chiggers to constantly deal with.

I’d imagine it’s not much fun to scratch at chiggers 24/7 while fighting off swarms of ants covering you and everything you own and not getting any sleep because raccoons and rodents are shuffling through everything you have all night long.

You could always take up bee keeping for good measure. I’m sure you have the perfect place to put the bee hives. ;)

On a lighter note, I’m loving my new reverse Thunderbird. I keep thinking about an NR, but I want to wait 6 months so I can really settle into this tone monster. And in 6 months, I may not want anything more.
6 months too long…..nothing comes close… someone just got picked…

You will want a NR too. Nobody can stop at just one.

I was fine with just one for several years. Now I'm mostly fine with three. NRs mostly don't do much for me, but there are a couple owned by club members that call to me. Anf if someone gifted me a burgundy, I reckon I'd find a place to keep it.

I'm getting the impression you've spent a little more time than normal thinking about various kinds of torture. But you stopped short of anything to attract snakes, spiders and scorpions (which we don't have, as you know).

This isn't at home. There I would give one warning and tell them if they are ever gone I consider it abandoned and all belongings will premaritally disappear. Or I could skunk things up a bit.

And we already have way too many chiggers. Even after I spray regularly. They love me and never touch my wife.

That.....may be the strangest 'bird-shaped object I've seen

And it looks like factory-made? o_O
It is. They came in 4 string or 8 string and are tuned exactly the opposite of a bass (GDAE with the G string on the bass side of the fretboard and the E string on the treble side. The 8 string is tuned GGDDAAEE.
