I know GS isn't for everyone, On it's own merits it a fine EB0, quit possibly the best sounding one I have ever played.Why?

Yes, I enjoyed hearing it on your video. The one it is a tribute to was the bass on the cover (?back cover?) of Kiss Alive wasn’t it? I loved that image as a young bloke - and first bass was generally the same shape and single pickup, so I enjoyed that as well.
I think the original is what lead me to preferring Gibson basses, after all Kiss uses Gibson was proudly proclaimed in their album notes.
A mate and I went to a work fancy dress night as Johnny and Edgar. No one knew who we were… even when we told them.

I really like doing a once-over on frets & the fb - once done the bass looks, feels and plays great! Richard (@Ringhammer) last night at the Hotel Utah had his '90s Gibson T-bird re-fretted recently and just seeing the lights glisten over his new polished frets was a visual delight! (that only a guitarist/bass-player would appreciate!)

Sorry Thump. No Epi short scale Tbirds. And only 400 Gibsons were made. I haven’t seen one of those offered up for a long time. Cataldo did make a short scales, but they’re not inexpensive when one comes up.
