It can't for now. It was originally a 327/210 hp car with a Powerglide and really tall rear end. It was rusty but had a pretty face, had a V8, and was a convertible when I got it. Other than that, it was a weedy old Chevy when I got it in 1980. I have put two transmissions in it, two motors, two rear ends, and replaced the front brakes with disks. But now, I figure it's so far from stock or numbers matching that it may as well be a car that will handle modern roads without a problem. It will get driven a lot, most likely.

It is about to go on its way to the shop who are doing the work in this picture. I have been dabbling at putting it back together for 20 years and finally decided that it would never get done that way. It's amazing how fast and completely you forget how things go back together when you have to take them apart but only do it once or twice in 40 years. And then don't get back to it right away.
It has no badges, no graphics, and not much trim. If anybody doesn't already know what it is, I don't see the point in having chrome logos on the car that say what it is. There's a badge on the glovebox, and if I can figure out how to remove that and fill the holes, it's coming out, too. It's my personal crank problem.
I grew up driving British roadsters, so the top has to come off, it has to turn, and it mostly has to stop. It can be an ox-cart so long as the resulting vector is reasonably controllable and predictable. I never got into drag racing much, although I did blow up the original 327 in an impromtu stoplight sprint. The quickest car I ever had was a '65 Morris Mini that had been an SCCA racing car. It had no interior, plexi windows, and an insanely built 1300cc motor. It killed everything with power to weight, and it would corner like a skateboard. It also had some kind of bent part in the steering rack, so it went through front wheel bearings really fast. I got very good at changing front wheel bearings in very little time while that car was around. It was absolutely not useable on public roads if you were smart. It was licensed, I don't know how, and I wasn't very smart and drove it a lot. I drove a Triumph TR-2 for a number of years, and eventually got tired of fixing everything all the time and took it apart to restore it. That didn't happen, since I went off to college and found myself with radically revised priorities. It is with a guy in Tennessee who swears he's going to restore it, but after all these years, it's still in pieces. In the mean time, I also had an MGB GT and my dad had an Austin Healey I could make run but that he never could. So of course, I drove it.
So, that's why the Camaro will be built like it will be.
