There used to be a company("On Mark")in Ft. Myers, FL, that converted A-26s to executive transports. During Viet Nam, they also converted them to B26Ks. Great 'plane.

I made a wonderful prim rib with Alaskan King crab dinner for my daughter and I. The prime rib Came out wonderful using the slow cook oven off method. As for a rub, it’s strictly my own blend of about 5 different spices (rosemary, cilantro, herbs de provance, and itiallian seasoning just to name a few) along with pepper and kosher salt in an olive oil paste the day before cooking and letting it sit on the counter for a couple of hours to come up to room temp. Set the oven on 500 degrees and when it’s up to temp throw the meat in for 5 minutes per pound (30 minutes in my case) then turn the oven off and let it sit in there for about two hours. Perfect Prime Rib every time, guaranteed!Prime Rib!

Hope everybody is enjoying a fab festive season whatever it is anyone celebrates!? I like to use the whole week from Xmas Eve up until New Year's Eve as one long party sesh 
However, I am looking to 2024 and am keen to get a coupla things built, so: can anyone direct me to blueprints/plans for both Non and Reverse Birds? I've a craving for an 8 string NR and a low pitched long scale Reverse, and any extant schematics will definitely be a welcome boon!
Am almost finished recording numerous Bird p'ups, been an issue with the available Alnico V magnets so going with recreations of the Grecos instead of the current "60s" reissue. Almost done, it'll be a treat for '24!

My '64 bridge pickup is noticeably weaker than the neck. It sounds perfect as it is and I would never do a thing to "fix" it. The bridge can be used solo, and has on rare occasions. Best sounding bridge pickup I've ever played.
Context really does matter it seems.

Wait, did you say Greco pickup recreations? I’m all ears (with cash in hand) if they can pull off a convincing Greco thunderbird pickup clone. I haven’t seen any documentation on Greco pickup designs, so did you send them a Greco pup to reverse engineer?
