This is on EBAY from Greco's 1975 catalog, the SB-850 was the Suzi Quatro model Thunderbird bass.

I thought she played LP Basses but never really followed her that closely.

Is that headstock a deal breaker? I like it but Santa never delivered it to me!

She plays FSOs these days, or at least that’s what I normally see her with on IG.

One thing that's constant: Cultures constantly change. Even those who were thought to be enlightened at their tiny slice of time in history. I can only imagine what people will think of even what is considered the most enlightened our time in 100 years. No cultures escape the scrutiny of time (fairly and often unfairly), if for no other reason those later in time are pretty sure (self-convinced), they alone are on the path, if not near the pinnacle of all things good and proper. Not being a fixed, unalterable standard, what is considered good is at best a human construct, which will, of necessity, be ever-changing.

Except the Mighty Thunderbird. All wise cultures will forever hold it in high esteem.

Yes, I have to admit that Ann Margret was a fave "sex symbol" of the late '60s. She acted her part very convincingly. However, I did prefer Dianna Rigg as Mrs Emma Peal - a kick-ass woman who was strong and capable of holding her own. And beautiful - I'm not alone of my age group to have felt that way.

I have my own slightly different dream woman who I "met" a month or so before I turned 8.

This is my ZZ Top holiday night light that I made out of 1/4 inch male jacks plugged into switchcraft jacks and powered by 12 volt DC.
Hats are random volume knobs.
Guitars and drums are shaped copper wire..Sorry,I wasn’t doing Thunderbirds back when I made it. Cheers!
