Is the material soft enough just to sand to the needed wedge? Making mine that's what I did.

What will the tapered version be like? With or without screw holes?
I do need a set for the Florida flamingo, I am hesitant to ever change the tb+ pickups because I like the all black hardware theme on it.
I also the a few of the woodstock birds.
Just so you know: the TB+ and the metal covered Gibson re-released p'ups are different sizes - take a pair of calipers to both.What will the tapered version be like? With or without screw holes?

Yes it is soft enough to sand. So far I've got the taper, but it's got small steps in it. I could sand it smooth, but I'll see what I can get the printer to do.That's the way it's done!

Holes or no holes is easy. I'm still working on getting a smooth top surface without sanding.
Cool article! Luther's would probably consider it sacrilege to make an electric bass out of that
Yes I'm making spacers for the chrome/nickel pickup trim rings. Any of the Gibson black plastic TB type pickups are larger.

Well loved here and the UK (and I think pretty popular in parts of Europe). I even love their version of Roadhouse Blues.
possibly because I heard those songs from Quo first and more often.
