Thunderbird Club

To the rest of the world.... you are most welcome!
This is funny and interesting to watch while playing your vintage or non-vintage Thunderbird.

For the record, there isn't much sausage in the gravy in the actual video, and sweet tea doesn't have to be like syrup. Most know how to balance it well.

Congratulations! The Avidissian’s are on our radar, but I don’t recall anyone saying that they had a set. We would love to hear your take on them.
I have no comparative values, apart from the previous active electronics that were installed.
But I am very happy with my set. It's got plenty of oomph and bottom end, but at the same time, I can get into the region of a raging jazz bass if I only use the bridge pickup and turn the tone all the way up. But above all I want Thunder and not Jaco... :)
Since the previous layout had four potentiometers built in, I took the opportunity here and installed one volume and one tone for each pickup, which gives you some nice options for finding the right sound.
I recommend the pickups without hesitation. The communication with him (I've unfortunately forgotten his first name...) was also great.
