I have mixed feelings on the 3 point. It works great on most basses and if you understand it the adjustments are efficient and actually easy to do. Aesthetically it’s not photogenic but it’s not obnoxious looking either. I have replaced it on several basses and they look better but no easier to set up. I like the claw/saddle the best but the 3 point is probably on more Gibson and Epiphone basses and almost as much as Leo’s bent bridge!

Like I said - TETO.... (like most anything) - happy it serves those who entertain it.

Its a Gibson/Epiphone corporate design. No one entertains it. It’s like the steering wheel in a car. No one entertains it … they just use it!
Just curious. Not one of your bass’s ever had a 3 point bridge? Just having some fun! Happy Easter!

Big shout out to @Engle and @GonePlaid. I just finished modding my Epi Pro IV with 760 PU’s and a new wiring harness, a new pickguard (same material as Mikes!) and a sweet T-Bird decal to top it off. I also found out it has a brass nut. It also has a 7 ply neck through construction in Trans Black. It looks black in low light and nice brown grain in the sunlight. The 760’s sound really good and it looks better than the original all dark design. I want to get chrome tuners too. I hope my buddies can jam a little next week!

Love it! A very classic look - black and tan in some light or Dark brown and tan in other light. The pickguard selection really makes this look like a one of a kind bass. Very nicely done!

It looks great! The PG's 'marbling' pattern is very distinctive.

Happy Easter ya'll. For the brain trust, what model is this Eppie?

Happy Easter to you also - I've only bought Epi Goth loaded bodies when you could buy them for cheap w/the 3-point on them. I have a box somewhere with a couple of them, pu's and electronic harness. And I was using 'entertain' broadly, like 'if one uses them' or 'if one favors them'. Just trying to write colourfully.
